Suprement Court judgement related to Credit Card Settlement

Hi,

I would wish to confirm whether any such judgement has been passed by honorable Supreme Court related to credit card settlement.

I have heard this from many a people that if a customer has settled his/her credit card account in agreement with the respective bank,
then as per this judgement, the bank cannot list that customer as a Defaulter.
