Supreme court violates art.14

art.14 dictates that no 2 person should be treated differently under the same situation by any court. this is called equal protection of law.

supreme court(sc)  gives contradicting judgement in 2 cases regarding ceiling on land  matter.

in shankari prasad vs,. union of india  sc states that parliament has power to amend constitution.

in golak nath vs. state of punjub sc states that parliament cannot amend constitution affecting fundamental right.

so sc gives contradictory right regarding same matter thus violates art.14.
