somebody told me that there is a supreme court judgement of 2011 that wife can get maintenance even after divorce even if she has taken some amount as permanent maintenance and alimony during divorce.
if anyone on this forum knows more details about this judgement, please tell me the exact wording of that judgement as my lawyer doesnt know anything about it.
please help me and tell me the details as soon as possible.
