If you are a beneficiary of S.C. decision, get a certified copy and file it before the district court along with appropriate application to get benefit of S.C. order.

its depend on the court order if the SC pass an order with the direction to Lower court then the court send the order to Lower court otherwise you have to apply certified copy of the same & file before lower court to get the benefit.
