Supreme Court ban 10 years old diesel private cars in Delhi and ncr but earlier cars get registered for 15 years and tax was also paid to the regional rto office so why honble sc ban the vehicle in 10 years only and not even give 5 years tax return to the owner which was given by them in registration time answer please
