supereme courts advice

as latest advice to the law ministery from supreme court that change in law of adverse possession.

should it be changed ?

what will be the date of effect of it as already by ammending constitution right to land is not available to the citizen.

there is lacks of hecters land which is of the owners property which government aquierd with application of law that, if not cultivated for 3 years will be acquired by government.and that land is still in possession of the owner, as acquired only by ammending revenue records and not phisycal possession.

as such right to property is of that person is also gone if he had that land and he has paid amount to buy it.why government should disturb his liberty

thisis important factor which should be discuused and such healthy dicussion required to send law minister.

so i request all the lawyers to come forward and give there uiew on this topic which will be helpful.
