hey could anybody tell me what is procedure of supardari and under what law or provisions that is given ..thanks

It is provided under section 451 of the Cr. PC. You have to make an application in the Court of jurisdiction in the matter. There is a good case from Supreme Court judgements which I would like you to go through to under stand the meaning /procedure of the term. Citation is
