Dear Sir,
I want to go for partition for residential house among 2 brothers. This property is in our name and having all the documents of this property. My elder brother is not ready for partition and has done some construction. How can I go for partition for this residential house. If I go for suit for partition through court. What is the time frame for this. Please assist me on this

file a suit for partition and seperate possession. Time cannot be said, it depends on the court pending cases.

I may have to go for similar remedy. Hope some one will guide. I am in Mumbai. So also adcvise as per relevant acts of Mumbai/ MH.
