Suggestion required for claim of regularisation.

The Government polytechnic college had called a walk-in-interview in the month of February, 2013 for the post of lecturer through an open advertisement in a local vernacular daily newspaper. Being an eligible and prospective candidate, I applied for the said post and on interview, I got selected. Accordingly, the Principal, through a letter of offer communicated the same to me. I accepted the offer and joined the duty as a lecturer, 01.03.2013 on temporary/contractual basis for a period of one year. Again in the month of October, 2013, (same year) college created the same post for academic session 2014-2015 and advertised the post in local newspaper. Again I got selected through written examination and viva-voce conducted by the polytechnic college in accordance with the state board of technical education. The letter of offer was issued to me on 21.12.2013 itself for the service to the college to be rendered by me from 1st of January, 2014 with an offer letter dated 21.12.2013 and an appointment letter on 16.01.2014. Thereafter, the polytechnic college , without conducting interview started renewing terms automatically. I was again appointed on the said post for academic session 2015 and 2016 through separate letter of appointments. The appointment letter dated 17.12.2014 for session 2015 and other offer letter dated 01.12.2015 for 2016 session. I was assured that I would be absorbed in regular establishment in near future as there were two posts of lectures lying vacant. The college asked me to calculate the teacher-students ratio using two methods to ascertain vacant post of lecturer. With zeal and endeavor and hope that I would be absorbed in regular establishment, calculated the teacher student ratio using skills wrt guidelines issued by AICTE, and submitted before the Principal, who kept everything in abeyance thereafter. During my service to college I was an active member for syllabus revision and counseling. I had visited different schools giving counseling to students highlighting the reputation of the institution globally and to secure their admission in technical education. During the tenure I was also sent time to time by the college to National Institute of Technical Teacher Training & Research center (NITTR) for training. It is learnt that the Short Term Training programme recognized by AICTE and conducted by the institutions is meant for movement to higher grades under Career Advancement Scheme (CAS). But unfortunately, instead of absorbing into regular establishment I was thrown out from the post of lecturer without affording any opportunity of being heard despite having certificates of training under Career Advancement Scheme (CAS). To get approval of the AICTE for running the engineering courses, the college to maintain some percentage of regular faculty in the institution. College has shown me as a Regular faculty with faculty ID No. xxxxxxxxxx in the AICTE website but unfortunately and despite being the position, the college has thrown me out of job. Still the same data is available in AICTE website. When I asked the aicte for faculty details through RTI aicte said that aicte approved colleges have the list on the website of aicte which states that the information at the website is true. On this ground alone, can I claim for regularization? As per the rule by AICTE the colleges in India are supposed to submit the true information to the council to get the approval to run the courses & the institute need to maintain the faculty student ratio if its proven that they have submitted the wrong information the approval of college will be lost.

Just post this as grievance in UGC and AICTE on line portals. You can also post the same in pgportal of AICTE.  Wait for their response and then consult an advocate.
