Thanks everybody. i got confusion due to sales of goods act which was earlier known as indian sales of goods act but word indian was removed by act 33 of 1963. Tripathi sir may i know what is name of ur book and publisher.

The book was published in 2003. Now latest/revised edition 2009 is available.
