sucession act

As some publications write "indian sucession act 1925" and other write "sucession act, 1925". plz clarify whether still india word comes in short title of the act. if not then by which amendment it is removes.

The title of the Act is "The Indian Succsession Act,1925". It someone does not write the word "Indian", it should not be understood that this word has been deleted. For exhaustive commetary on this Act you may refer to my book.

Thanks everybody. i got confusion due to sales of goods act which was earlier known as indian sales of goods act but word indian was removed by act 33 of 1963. Tripathi sir may i know what is name of ur book and publisher.
