Submission of documentory evidences in divorce/rcr

Hi Experts.

Brief of my case

Wife filed divorce u/s 13 1 ia with false allegations. I wrote the truth in my WS & claimed RCR (sec 9) along with my WS. Her hma 24 rejected. Now the next date is for framing issues. I have lots & lots of documentary evidences to support my contention that she has withdrawn my soc without lawful reason (ie she was having happy married life with me).

So pls Advise me on following issues

1. Shall i submit those documentry evidences on coming date so that she will loose hopes of winning case at early stage? If No then when should i submit those documents

2. What r the advantages & disadvantages of submitting my evidences on coming date?

3. What will be the stages for our divorce/RCR case

Thank you

if you want to stay with her then have a chat with her and come to a solution and stay happily if she does not agree and want divorce then submit those documentary evidences which if court considers then you would win the case

I have tried my level best to convince her for reconciliation. but she is stiff on her decision. So then i filed RCR.

So there is no scope for having personal chat with her. So when should i subit those documents?

Thanks

already if you had a chat without any result then file those documentary evidences to the court through your lawyer with well drafted petition
