we have property which is family partition, there are about 5 plots and each are about 100 metres. we want to build house on those plots but municipality is not approving plans as they want it to be sub divided before...if it is family partition then is it necessary to have this land subdivided? if not needed then what steps can i take so that i can submit to municipality to approve my plans.....thank you very much for your help
