Strike off company

Hello Friends,

i have a case in district court against one company.

the company filed a case against me in 2000 and the proceedinds were goin. in between that company was stricked off from ROC. now in 2012 the court passed the decree in favour of the company and ordered me to pay the amount to company.

So in this case, where company does not exist, there is no bank account of the company whom i have to pay that amount.

one more ques. is the stricked off company fought a case in court.

Just wait and watch and don't pay for a certain period of time.

The company will file a petition for execution of the order. You can pay the amount when you receive the notice for petition of execution.

Otherwise, you may depoit the amount in the court.
