I would like to know . . .
1. In case of not any writing material of stridhan list which things give as a stridhan?
2. If children is live and women died then can child demand that stridhan instead of in-law.
3. After women sucide who have right to demand stridhan in-law? What about children?
4. If any rights for children to demand his/her mother's stridhan instead of in-law of his/her father?
5. If marriage duration is 8 years and women leave with her parents approxi. 1 year after commit sucide and take all ornaments before goto her parents and commit sucide now in-law demand that ornaments and stridhan. Children is living he/she not demand stridhan right?
Please guide urgently please.
