Stolen two wheeler used for robbery

I have left my two wheeler in a railway station  on 21st Feb 2004 in free parking zone so no valid pass is with me, when I returned on 10th Mar 2014 I found my vehicle was missing. I have made a compaliant on 11th Mar 2014 in local police station, no FIR only complaint was filed.

Now I have received a letter from another police station and asked me to call the Inspector. When I called him, he told that my bike was used for chain snatching and robbery. The police wants me to show to the complaint party for identification and investigation purpose. I was asked to bring original  RC Book and Insurance also.

I dont have insurance for my bike so what problem will I face  ?

PS: I'm posting it in multiple forums since I dont know in what law it comes under.

You made a mistake. Whenever you gave a complaint to the police, you would have demand FIR. You do not have any evidence for given a complaint. Now you are in trouble. show your R.C.Book of the vehicle in the P.S.

what is the date of incident of chain snatching? do you have the copy of the complaint lodged in the police station with receiving of the P.S.? why you left the bike in unauthorized parking for such a long period?  there are many questions you need to answer, you are in trouble but if you are not culprit then you should be co-operating with the police.
