Dear Sirs,
In an appeal in Sessions court under section 29 of DV Act a conditional stay has been granted to the Appellant. The query is whether the stay is valid till the disposal of the case by Sessions Judge or is it time bound?
Thanks and Regards

The time fixes in the stay order itself. Read the contents of the stay order clearly.

Dear Sirs,
Thank you for the valid information. If the stay is on the final order of the magistrate court is it to be understood that it will be valid as long as it is not challenged by the opposite party.
Please confirm/clarify.
