Stay order by cat

Hello .

Exam for post of teacher was conducted and result was declared. 1 candidate filed case and got stay order . Now that candidate is not appearing in the case . I filed impleadment application and asked to set aside the stay order . I want to know is there any rule or judgement providing for setting aside of stay order in case of absence of petitioner ?
