Stay order

Dear Sir,

Sub:Stay order

Our BDA layout is situated just adjacent to an outer ring road in Bangalore. There is a cut in the road median to enter into our layout or go out of our layout. In the nearby junction, one flyover is going to come up and its landing portion is going to come exactly on the spot where our road cut is there. If the landing portion comes here, the residents of this layout need to travel 1.5KM more to enter into our layout or to go to the other side of the ring road. So, we would like to bring a stay order for the construction of flyover with a request to change the landing portion slightly away from the present spot such that we get the same road cutting for our movement. Can anyone suggest how to get stay order?

You have to see it the landing positon of the bridge is extended in that case does it also effect the orther resident in the same way as that of yours, if not, you can go for a PIL before the High Court, but before going for PIL you have to take into consideraton the number of people affected by it. If the number of people affected is very few in that case I do not think the court will entertain such petiton.
