A ltd company got settled the dues with bank under OTS amicably. It is not wilful defult. total amount paid & got no due certificate... now, co wish to the future in banking sector & removal of name from CIBIL... pls guide us

As the re-payment has been made and matter has amicably been settled and even NOC has been granted so there is no reason to still put such company in the list of defaulers. Make a representation to the concerned bank to delete such notification or take it back, if sent to other banks and start new relations.
