STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION, MAHARASHTRA

Attended matter personally in SIC as an applicant, Respondents were absent for heaing. I got judgement that appealent was absent and respondents were present and information given was correct. application is disposed off. Now how to prove my presence and where to challenge this ?

You say that you are the applicant and you attended the hearing before the state information commission on the other hand the respondents/public information officer was absent. But the information commission has stated that the appellant (yourself) was absent at the time of hearing.

Sorry but this is not believable. How will a state information commission act so fraudulently ?.
