Please apply to the local Stamp vendor Licensing Authority [Collectorate ‘s Revenue Department[ A mamlatdar is usually the Superintendent of stamps. You may also enquire about it at your district head office. And ask for the procedure. As per state government-related with revenue department, everything will handle by a district officer.
