XYZ Limited Company is entering into Lease Agreement with a Landlord from Delhi. Property is situated in New Delhi, Defence colony Area.
Lease Agreement is for period of 5 years where lease rent payable per month is 3 lac rupees for first three years and for 4 th and 5th year rent is 4.5 lacs per month.
I would like to know rate of Stamp duty payable in New Delhi on Lease Deed and registration rate for the same.
