Stamp Duty on high court decree

Dear All,

Please help me to know whether there is stamp duty and registration charges applicable on immovable property which are been transfered as follows -

1. Under High Court Decree in a family partition suit?

2. When a company is dissolved and the shareholders get as per their settlement deed under decree from High Court.

Please help. The properties are in Delhi and Haryana.
