HII EXPERT'S I WANT TO BUY SRA FLAT WHICH HAS NOT COMPLETED 10YRS YET.. I JUST WANT TO ASK THAT IF I PUCHASED IT TODAY.. M I LIABLE TO PAY STAMP DUTY N REGISTRATION CHARGES AFTER COMPLETITION OF 10YRS.
