Dear Members,
In case of solemnisation of marraige under chapter II of the Special Marraige Act, how many copies of notice of intended marraige u/s 5, declaration u/s 11 needs to be signed and submitted before the Registrar??
Moreover, how many copies of certificate of marraige u/s 13 are handed over by the registrar to parties to the marraige? Does a copy of the same certificate is placed into the Marraige Certificate Book of the Registrar??
Pls advise. Would really appreciate your kind help.
