i know that all siblings have equal rught on fathers property. But father died by making a handwritten will signed by two witness, mentioning no share of property to son. only daughters will get the property.
than what??? whats the procedure so that daughters wil get the property and if son fights of the property forcebly living in the property ( ie flat)
is ther any case law mentioning son has no right on fathers property.
