Hello Experts,
My father In law is on bail of one case and court has ordered to submit bond and solvency certificate of five lacks rupees.
How can we get the solvency certificate? Can we put fixed deposite of file lacks rupees in nationalized bank and get solvency certificate agenst it.
Please provide help its kind of urgent.

Solvancy certificate is issued by Tehsildar (Talathi). A simple application is required to be moved to Tehsildar who in turn shall forward it to local Ptwari (Revenue officer) who shall after enquiry submit his report and thereafter Tehsildar shall issue the desired certificate. This process shall not take more than a single day.
