Dear Sir , We need to know that ,
- As per MP SOLAR POLICY
- Solar plant can be installed on Agriculture Land and no diversion is required.
- Whether the Agriculture land on which the solar plant is installed is available for mortgage in favour of financial institution,
As per our opinion this land on which solar plant is installed cannot be mortgage as the nature of land is Agriculture.
