Society noc for mortgage

i have certain dues on society maintenance as they charged more on my shops under society. now i have aaplied for loan against property and need society NOC for the same. I have given PDCs of the dues amount. can the society stop issuance of NOC on my shop ?? please inform , guide

Dear querist,

For NOC you have to repay your society dues. However if society is issuing on pdc then it is your favour.
