Hi, I have purchase resale flat in society in Navi Mumbai , conveyance for society is still not done. I have valid agreement and sale deed copy also society transfer charges are paid. I have applied for the social membership, society is saying I can not become member until society's conveyance is done and after conveyance I need to do CIDCO transfer then i will become eligible for Society Membership. Can somebody expert comment on this , if this is true ?

Society cannot give a membership as the conveyance of society is not completed. You can become a member of society once the conveyance process is completed.
