Hello experts my SLP (Criminal) appeal has been filed in SC and i have one week left before surrendering to jail authority. What happens if the hearing date of SLP comes after the deadline date from surrendering ? Do i need to surrender myself or is jail authority going to consider this exemption until the first hearing is finished ?
B'coz basically i have also filed application from exemption from surrendering along with SLP appeal and i need to know the procedure of SC. Is it better to request the hearing date before the deadline date or after ?
