Signature faked

I  have taken a life insurance policy but i noticed my signature are faked in the policy document (at 5 pages) by the agent. The agent who sold the policy to me has left the organization and the policy was taken 1.5 years back and i noticed the faked signature now. I compalint against the insurance company (IRDA representative) and they are investigating on it

I want to know what action can be taken against the insurance company.

1. If insurance company denied that it is not faked, how i can get this resolved legally. Do i have to approach the consumer court for this ?

2. Who can verfiy which one is correct and fake signature.

You can file a criminal case against the ins., co., and an agent.
