This is Rajesh from Pune and I'm starting new business as a online reseller.
My friend owns a flat in Pune and he is willing to rent that flat for this business.
I will be using this flat as a store room and for receiving goods from distributors or for importing some items.
My queries are
1. Is it legal to use a residential flat for business like online reseller and imports.
2. In case if it is allowed, will the flat owner will have to pay extra property tax or extra charges for water and electricity.
3. What kind of company do I need to register for this kind of business?
