Share in the maternal grandfather propert

My maternal grandfather had 5 children, 3 boys and 2 girls.the property was divided among his three sons somewhere in the year 90's and my uncles have already shared that property among their children. Now none of my uncle's nor my mom is alive. Can i file a case for a share in that property?

Hello,

Daughters have right in the parent's property. So yes you can file a case for getting a share in the property.
