Our all property is in the name of our grand father (around 20 acre).. After that my father's are two brother (10 acre + 10 acre)..
Now from my father's property share
(A) we want to divide like this ( 1. me, 2. brother, 3. my mom and 4. sister (2.5 acre each).... Is it allowable according to court law?
(B) Or it will go (5 + 5 acre) among to our two brother?
(C) How long it takes to transfer for getting to our name through court?
(D) After that I want sell my property ( either 2.5 acre or 5 acre).. how long it takes to get in another name, after selling?
Please suggest me in this regards..
