I want to know the , when no share Certificates are issue to Shareholder/Director and if director resigns
from the Company Before accepting the share Certificate and if New Director Joins in , can you issue share
Certificates to old Director and than sell his shares to newly joined Director? is it legally valid? Money is recieved
after selling the shares so what binding does still the old director got towards the company?
