Please inform when there is a settlement deed, five parties are involved to take the claim out of which one want s to sell the property and take the money, but others to keep the property and enjoy the same. Is there any solution for the party who want to sell the same
Other parties don't have money to settle the party who want to sell. In this situation can the party go legally for selling the property, if it so will he get the judgement in his favour.
If any body can me suggestion for this it will be very helpful.
