I have registered for service tax using ST-1 at aces website. Now I have to submit physical documents. Which includes: (a) copy of PAN, (b) Proof of residence, (c) Constitution of applicant at the time of filing an application forregistration, and (d)Power of attorney would be required in respect of authorized person(s).
I have registered as a Proprietor. What document should I need to send? Can I send Trade Certificate Issued by Gram Panchayat as a Proof of residence.
