We have signed a contract with a state Government in 2003 with a clause that all taxes inclusive in the unit rate. But the service tax imposed on our category in 2005. While signing the contract we were not aware about the tax will come in 2005. Now we have made request to the govt. to include the tax in our rate. But the govt. dinied our request. Any court judgement copy in the similar manner is available anywhere.
