I purchase flat on date 06/06/2010.The Consideration Value is 1,624,590.00. The flat is under construction. I received service tax letter from builder. Builder reminds me about service tax before six months.
The details are as below.
Service Tax: 51000
Interest(18 % per anum) : 19000.
Shall I paid this amount ?
