Can anyone tell whether the Service Tax is applicable on Car Garage Price or only for Super Built-up Area of flat.

Thanks for response but the link provided does not talks anything about service tax on car garage amount.

Normally, the service tax is not talks about the car garage amount separately, it is inclusive with the flat area, if it is separately charged or it has not mentioned in the sale deed of the flat, then it is a separate issue.
