Service tax issue for domestic good transport by myself

I am planning to transport some domestic materials(ranging from dresses to regular usable domestic materials) in bags & suitcases inside west bengal by a hired vehicle which is registered for carrying goods on road. Can police create problem in the road related to service tax? How to curb this problem with proper documents? Can anybody provide me the list of goods which are not permitted for transport by hired vehicle?

Trading of domestic materials will not come under ambiet of service tax but will fall under VAT. The transporter is supposed to add service tax to his invoice while recieving the goods from you.
