I booked a flat at Diva, Thane, Maharashtra in October 2015, before building got O.C. Building got O.C in January 2016. My flat registration was done in May 2016.
So 1) Service Tax and VAT is applicable for me as booking is done before O.C but registration after O.C?
2) If yes then should builder provide me valid receipts of it?
3) And if not then can I get my money back?
