Hi
Can anyone please let me know the remedy available in case the department is not giving the service tax refunds ? Can we send them reminders etc?
What is the remedy available as per law and what is the proceedures to be followed?

you can definitely send reminders and if in case they still sleep over it then u can approach the High Court having jurisdiction over the area.
