Service rules

Hi,I was working for a small registered company ,and completed six months of probation too,however after almost 17 days of completion of probation,company undertook retrenchment exercise.I happen to be pregnant and had informed on mail too. Still company cited fund issues and asked to resign, first they were not ready to give anything except one month notice period however after lot of fighting etc ,they agreed to pay three months maternity benefit .Though I kept on saying that they can put me in another role ,and wanted me to put in papers as early as possible so much so that they threatened of ruining my reference check etc. and they didn't agree ,however I got to know that hiring is still on in my department and other departments too. Can I withdraw my resignation now ,it's been 10 days since this happened .Can I take any action?
