hello everyone, i need some help regarding supreme court judgments where it is held that a government servant if convicted on a criminal charge can be terminated without giving opportunity.
there is recent judgment but i coud not get name of case. if anybody remembers.

Chunu ji ther is no such judgement. Since before giving any decsion court will always hear both the party.
