service compensation for Andhra Pradesh employees

Hi,
My name is Narendra and I worked in Wipro BPS for 4.4 years. As my employer told me that that act is applicable for only IT employees not for the BPO employees so Will i get service compensation for my service in Wipro BPS.

i hope u are getting service compensation in the form of salary, bonus, other statutory benefits except gratutuity. For gratutuity u have to complete 5 years continuing service without any memos issues to u by the management.
