Selling undivided share in property.

Can a real estate company sell undivided share in a property to more than one person?The property in question will be managed by a assets management company on the terms and conditions of MOU signed by all stakeholders.

Dear querist,

Any assets or property cannot be sold without partition unless everyone who is title holder of the property is signing as seller.

any one cannot sell out the undivided property. if any person purchase the undivided property or share , so it is not the title transfer.
