Selling of property

My grandfather has a shop in my home town on rent and my uncle used to sit on that shop. They sell yhe shop without giving my father his share.

your grand father was the owner of that shop .
that shop was his self acquired property ot an ancestral property .

No it was on rent since 1990 on his name and the owner has givin amount to vacant the shop.
