I bought a filled paddy land in kerala.the former owner of that land,filled the paddy land with the permission of district collector ,after filling the land they sold it to me.Now the registration is over.Now i have a doubt that is there any legl problem to buy a filledd paddy land.I am waiting for a reply as soon as possible
